the free parking was a real advantage, considering i drove. the room was quiet, i did not hear other guests. the staff i encountered were helpful, they quickly addressed my requests. i found the proximity to the motorway services very useful for accessing amenities.
i noticed some slight wear on the bathroom fixtures.

The location was super convenient right off the m20! finding it was easy! the free parking was a huge plus, and saved me some serious cash. The staff were really friendly and made check-in super quick. i also noticed a handy footpath to the local village, great for a quick escape.
I did notice the bathroom could use a small refresh. But honestly, it didn't spoil my stay at all.

The location proved convenient for accessing the areas I planned to visit.
The bathroom showed clear signs of neglect. Enamel peeled from the bath. The mixer tap for the shower was faulty. This raised safety concerns and detracted from the overall experience.

Check-in happened fast. The room was big, and I found everything I needed right at the service station next door. The bed was mega comfy, and I slept very well.

the location was convenient. it was well equipped with all we needed. the friendly staff were always helpful even when we had booked the wrong day, we had booked a day too early without realising it. they found us a room no bother.
the net curtain rail fell off. on my departure the bathroom flooded every time the toilet was flushed, water was pouring out from under the cistern. the room was spacious. but the bed uncomfortable.

I found the location convenient, just off the freeway. The on-site food court, with various options, was a definite plus. Our room offered ample space. It easily accommodated our family. The hotel provided complimentary parking. I found it very helpful.
